Free insured shipping on every denim tear hoodie order · 30-day returns
We collect what an order needs: name, address, email, and nothing more. We hold the details you typed at checkout, and no profile beyond them. Notes you add to an order are kept with that order. We do not ask your age, income or anything similar. We do not ask for anything an order does not require. It is the same for every Denim piece on the site. We keep records of denim tear hoodie orders as long as tax law requires, then delete them.
We receive a yes or no from the processor, not your card. Card data goes straight to the gateway and stays there. Refunds go back through the same processor automatically. We never see or store your full card number. Nothing about your card is kept on denimtearhoodie.com. Every Denim order we take is handled this way. Payment details on denim tear hoodie orders never reach our servers.
You can clear cookies at any time; the site still works. No advertising profiles are built from your visit. We use cookies for basic traffic counts, not for advertising. Cookie choices are remembered until you clear them. Cookies are functional, not a way to follow you around. This is true of the whole Denim catalogue. Browsing denim tear hoodie on this site does not require an account.
Our accountant sees totals, not what you bought. Nobody buys data from us because we do not sell it. Legal requests are answered only when they are valid. We share data with the courier and the payment processor, and no one else. Nothing is sold on, and nothing is passed to advertisers. The same applies to every Denim order we handle. Nothing you tell us about an order of denim tear hoodie is shared with the brands themselves.
Corrections are made the same day you ask. You can object to analytics without losing the ability to order. Your address goes to the carrier because the parcel has to reach you. The data we hold is the data required to ship a parcel to you. Ask at [email protected] and we tell you exactly what is on file. That holds across every Denim range we carry.
Write to [email protected] and we will delete what we hold about you. We keep order records only as long as tax rules require. Deletion covers everything tax law does not require us to keep. You can refuse analytics and the site still works. Ask and we will send everything we hold in one file. Nothing about a Denim order works differently.
Carriers get an address and a weight, nothing more. Card details go straight to the payment processor. Order data is what we store; browsing habits are not our business. Payments run through a certified processor, not through us. You can ask for a copy of your data or its removal at [email protected]. Nothing about a Denim order works differently.
Before you order
Everything a buyer usually checks before paying — answered without the small print.
Denim Tears is an American cultural label founded in 2019 by Tremaine Emory. The brand centers around the Cotton Wreath—a ring of cotton blossoms printed across apparel—which references four hundred years of forced cotton labour that built the American economy. Emory first launched the label through a Levi's collaboration featuring the wreath on 501 jeans and trucker jackets, and that approach shapes every release we carry.
The Cotton Wreath is the founding motif of the brand and appears on almost every Denim Tears release. It's a deliberate design choice that honours the history and labour behind cotton production in America. When you wear a piece with the wreath, you're wearing a symbol with real cultural weight.
We carry a range of Denim Tears essentials including sweatshirts in black, grey, and pink, a cotton wreath zip hoodie in black, shorts in multiple colours and washes, tank tops, and t-shirts in navy, blue, and grey camo. Each piece features the signature Cotton Wreath graphic or variations of it. Our inventory rotates regularly, so check back for new drops and colourways.
